As the copywriter for this project, I was responsible for creating a tone that is true to Nike Basketball while changing the trajectory of what “basketball” is recognized as in American culture—which is millionaire cisgender men. I got to uplift the incredible, but criminally underrated stories of a few WNBA legends and got to highlight some of their insane career highlights through Instagram quizzes.

I worked on activations that went live on Twitter, Instagram, and Instagram Stories. Some highlights include garnering over 1 million views on the videos and getting reposted by one of my favs, Seattle Storm’s Jewell Loyd. #fangirl
